We understand that a situation may arise and you may need to change or cancel an order. We can accept changes or cancellations within 24 hours of placing your order. In the case of a cancellation, a full refund will be given on the credit card used.
We recommend that you purchase insurance or signature requirement for large orders, in the event your order does get lost or damaged. Angel Baby Organic will not be responsible for orders which are lost or damaged and were not shipped with insurance or signature requirement.
Our web page does not provide for insurance or signature option, so please call or email with your request to purchase insurance or signature, and we will ship your package with your option and charge your credit card for what we are charged to add this option.
We are do offer expedited shipping services for you (USPS express mail, UPS expedited) but ask that you contact us by emailing us or use the phone number above to arrange the optimal shipping choice before placing your order (this is to confirm if we can actually ship your order the next day, or in 2 days, etc.).
What is your return policy?
Every effort is made to assure that you receive exactly the item you had in mind when you ordered it. However, sometimes items do need to be returned or exchanged.
Angel Baby Organic guarantees it's products to be free of defects. If for some reason you receive a defective item, we will arrange to have that item repaired or replaced free of charge, and cover the shipping.
Please inspect all items immediately upon receipt! If you are not fully satisfied with your goods in any way, you may return the item unused and unwashed within 7 days for a refund or within 30 days for an exchange or store credit.
If the parcel has been visibly damaged in any way, please make a note of this with the carrier when you sign for the parcel and notify us immediately (by the next working day at the latest so that we will be able to claim against the courier). Returned goods should be in their original packaging. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number or RMA (it is required by the manufacturer) and specific shipping instructions from us within 24 - 48 hours. Damaged or faulty goods will be refunded in full (including postage) or items will be exchanged and re-sent postage free. When returning items, use 'Registered Mail' from your post office or use a delivery service with tracking to insure proper delivery as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
For all other returns, items must be received within 30 days of your receipt, in un-used and new condition, with tags still attached. We cannot offer credit or exchanges for any items damaged during return shipping. It is advisable to insure returns, as damage or loss of package can occur.
Please help to reduce returns by contacting us with ANY and ALL questions you may have about our products before you order. If you received a gift through the gift registry and wish to return or exchange it, the same requirements apply as noted above. We will issue a gift certificate for the return for the same dollar value as the gift, or exchange the same item for different size or color.

If your order is not in error or has not been damaged we are not responsible for return postage and the delivery charge on the original order is non-refundable.

3) Include the Return Merchandise Authorization Number on the outside of the package. Inside, include your first and last name, address, phone number, Return Authorization Number and reason for return (wrong size or color, defective, etc.).
4) When returning goods, send them 'Registered Mail' or use a delivery service with tracking to insure proper delivery as we cannot be responsible for any packages that are damaged or lost in transit.
5) We are not responsible for return postage and the original order shipping charge is non-refundable.
6) If items are damaged or faulty upon receipt, contact us immediately! An exchange or full refund will be arranged (including shipping).
7) Unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange used or customer damaged items.
