As a benefit to both the customer and us, we use 'drop-shipping'.  That is your order is shipped to you directly from the manufacturer.  This allow us to keep a wider variety of items available for our customers without having to keep inventory which in turn helps to keep costs down.  All of our organic products come from manufacturers across the United States.  They are family run, high quality businesses that pride themselves on quality organic products at a fair price.


 
Once your order is placed, it will be immediately ordered from the manufacturer(s).  Items are usually shipped out in 2-7 business days.  They do not ship over the weekend or on holidays.  UPS is used most often because of their reliability and the ability to track your order.  However, because it can be more cost effective for smaller orders, US Postal Service may be used occasionally.  Your order may be shipped in more than one package since we use multiple manufacturers for the best selection of quality products.
 
 
We recommend that you purchase insurance or signature requirement for large orders, in the event your order does get lost or damaged.  Angel Baby Organic will not be responsible for orders which are lost or damaged and were not shipped with insurance or signature requirement.

Our web page does not provide for insurance or signature option, so please call or email with your request to purchase insurance or signature, and we will ship your package with your option and charge your credit card for what we are charged to add this option.

We are do offer expedited shipping services for you (USPS express mail, UPS expedited) but ask that you contact us by emailing us or use the phone number above to arrange the optimal shipping choice before placing your order (this is to confirm if we can actually ship your order the next day, or in 2 days, etc.).

Most orders are received in 7 - 14 days.  However, occasionally a product may be temporarily out-of-stock due to the high demand of organic items and the fluctuating availability of raw materials.  If an item is on backorder, we will contact you immediately and give you the manufacturers estimated time of restock and other purchase options.  You will then have the option to wait for your order, choose a different item or receive a full refund on that item.

We offer shipping to all addresses within the United States.
 

 
Unlike some online stores, we do not inflate our Shipping and Handling Fees!  Shipping prices are calculated automatically from the manufacturer’s zip code to your shipping zip code using the USPS and UPS rate charts.  We only charge you what they charge us!
